Is designed to last for generations. With an exclusive metal-to-metal sealing, there are no replacement gaskets to purchase.
Boasts both an easy-to-use pressure gauge AND audible "jiggler", this pressure cooker lets you know both visibly and audibly that your jars are at the desired pressure.
Doesn't require you to "babysit" it. The "jiggler" or pressure regulator weight is preset to 5, 10, or 15 psi. Place it on the top of the canning pot and listen for the gauge to rattle 1-4 times per minute.
Possesses a automatic overpressure safety release to keep any unnecessary eruptions from happening.
Is crafted from cast aluminum in order to stay as light and durable as possible, this pressure cooker pot weighs only 15 pounds.

Can I us this canner on my glass stove top?

Yes, most glass top stoves are considered safe to use with our 910, 915, 921, and 925 models. However it's always a good Idea to check with the manufacturer to be sure. The larger models like the 930 and 941 are to heavy to use on glass stove tops. DO NOT slide the pressure canner over the glass surface of your stove as it could scratch the glass.

Where can I get my steam gauge tested?

Some local country extension agencies still test steam gauges. Please DO NOT sent them to use or the manufacturer as it's cheaper to buy a new gauge then to pay for shipping.

How do these canners seal without a rubber gasket?

It is true that this canner does not have a rubber gasket. However that's one more thing you don't have to replace on this canner as rubber seals wear out over time. There are a lot of YouTube video's on this subject, but all you need to do is wipe a very small and even amount of petroleum jelly or olive oil on the beveled edges of the lid and the canner. You can even add it to the clamping wing nuts to keep the moving smoothly.
